Young and the Restless and “One Life to Live” actress Andrea Evans passes away at age 66 from breast cancer.

The actress Andrea Evans has passed away. She was most known for her work on the soap operas “One Life to Live,” “The Bold and The Beautiful,” and “Passions.” She had 66 years old.

Evans’ attorney Nick Leicht said on Monday that Evans passed away on Sunday at her home in Pasadena, California, after a battle with breast cancer. She was an amazing pleasure to work with and such a fantastic talent, according to Leicht.

“Wonderful person, loved by everyone who knew her,” said Evans’ husband Stephen Rodriguez of Evans. Her steadfast courage, optimism, and Throughout her heroic battle against this merciless cancer, her indomitable spirit inspired us at every turn.”

Kylie Rodriguez, Evans’ daughter, said in a statement: “At just 19 years old, my world has been forever changed, and words cannot adequately convey the depth of my sadness.”

Her vivacious energy, contagious laughter, and unbounded passion for life had left an imprint on everyone who had the good fortune to know her, according to the author. “During her battle with illness, my mum showed incredible strength… She gave me the priceless lesson of finding joy even at the darkest of times despite the agony and uncertainty. Until the very end, we were hands-on.

Evans made her television debut in 1978’s NBC miniseries “The Awakening Land” as Fay Morrison Wheeler.

Evans played Tina Clayton, later known as Tina Lord, in the ABC series “One Life to Live,” which featured Erika Slezak as Victoria Lord.. Over the years, she played the same part repeatedly; the last time she did so was in 2011.
